I think there was no separate HP manifold for those years - any B/E body 383 had the same casting.

You're right, in the sense that all 383 four barrels in those years were considered HP

Yep - same rated HP in a Newport and in a Road Runner. I guess they have the same cam, intake, pistons, etc. Not the same exhaust manifolds, though...
