70 b body trunk panel lower moulding where to get ?

Does anyone know where I can get this lower trim molding for 1970 satellite the lower one or any ideas on how to make one or cover the holes ?

There's an example here in an article about Metro Parts. I don't know if that company is still in business making that trim.

I knew it was gonna be a little pricey since they don’t reproduce them, but got a quality piece
