I'm picking up my Coronet project that I started many years ago, and neither my memory nor my pics of where I started are good. I'm putting the dash frame back in the car, and the metal tabs on the ends of the dash seem like they need to be on the outside of the door frame flange. But there's a gap between that and the A-pillar cover. What am I missing? I'm starting to wonder if I should have painted the door jambs before I put the dash frame in too. thoughts?

Sorry guys--I pulled the trigger too soon. I figured out that what I'm missing is a piece of the A-pillar cover. But I found the piece, and I think I can glue it together well enough. But the question remains about whether I should take the dash back out and paint the door jambs.
