Why not just weld that bad dude? Will jb weld hold up in the long run? I think it's a he'll of good job thinking outside the box!!!!
 
Plastic welding is an option, but sadly it is 'hit and miss' with modern plastics on the older style plastics. I will be taking some samples to a local company soon to check this out for sure...it all depends on the people who do it sometimes.

Looks good what you have done so far.
 
Oh ****, I did not know it was plastic, my bad. A 2 part epoxy will work also.
 
don't know how long it'll hold up but its good for now until some bills get paid and I can afford a new one if needed.
 
You're still THE fab guy, Zack. I thought you WERE talking about plastic welding...lol. Bought a kit once to do dirt bike fenders, as I have 3 boys who were always banging into trees. Worked pretty well.
