Alright, I realize it isn't correct for my car, but I'm asking the question anyway.

I've always preferred the side scoops on the 1970 Satellite/GTX/Roadrunner to the indents or the bolt on "scoops" on my 1969 Dodge Coronet.
I need to replace the quarters on my Coronet anyway, and the shape of the quarter panel appears to be the same from the 69 Dodge to the 70 Plymouth, so is it possible for me to use the 70 quarters on my 69?

I haven't fully decided I'm going to do this, I just wanted to ask the question.
Thanks!

Here's the problem with that.....

1969 Coronet wheelbase 117 in.
1970 Roadrunner wheelbase 116 in.

..It's most apparent in the C-pillar. The coronets roof stretches out longer, that's why folks get confused when their Dodge vinyl top trim is too long for their Plymouth.

Maybe superimpose in the scoop area? otherwise you're looking at not only heavily modifying quarters, but adding a roadrunner trunk and tail panel as well. You honestly would be in a much better situation if you had a 70 satellite/roadunner body and tossed a Coronet front end on.

Great to know, thanks for the info!

Not a terribly big deal to me.
I don't hate the scoops that are imprinted in the body, though I really don't like the bolt on scoops that came on the Super Bees.

I could, perhaps, superimpose the scoop area, but that's a lot of work for a small detail/very little result.

I love my 69, I didn't want a 70 for my first B-body, the 69 was the style that I fell in love with and that started me on this Mopar-obsessed hobby. I will probably have one someday but it isn't a big enough deal for me to want to get rid of my 69.

Thanks everyone!

No problem!...Real easy fix would be like Stu said, add a 70' plymouth to your collection....hehehehehe.
