70 roadrunner horn ring removal

Have a 70 RR with a half ring horn and bird decal in the center. How do i remove it to replace my ignition switch?

Take a small pick and pop out the Road Runner emblem in the center. Under it will be a 1/4" bolt (7/16" socket) that holds the horn pad on.

If you damage the emblem, don't worry, I have new ones in stock.
