I replaced all harnesses with new ones. I have checkes for voltage at dimmer switch and do not have any. My next thing to check is switch? Switch is original and i think the lights worked before teardown. How is the headlight circuit layed out.

headlights are grounded on the rad support.

Look at the wiring diagram in the SVM, they are on line if you do not have one. Very well can be switch, bulk head connection, etc...

dimmer floor switch gets 3 wires, one input, light green, 2 outputs, red for highs and violet traced white for low beams. You need to turn on the lights and then check for power at green wire. If not, problem is on wiring or lights switch. If yes and no output on any of the other wires, dimmer switch went bad. If you get power on any of the outputs and still no power to headlights, problem is on wiring from dimmer switch up to headlights including bulkhead.

as mentioned, if you get power up to headlights ( no matter if red or violet ), the radiator core support ground could be something to check

Headlights switch gets two input sources, one from fuse box ( usually pink as far I recall ) and one just for the headlights which is black and comes directly from alternator/ammeter splice down the wiring tape. The plug uses to get melt out specially at black wire

PROBLEM SOLVED. The problem was when I got the new harness it had a setup for delay I cut that and other connector for charger headlights off. When I did that it broke circuit for green wire from switch to dimmer.
