1970 true rm parts car

i have a truerm factory 4spd parts car be a great back half car as needs rear frame rails k member and a fair floor pan needs a little repair in rear under seats this is a shell but has fender tags and dash tag no title so would be a great tubed back half car to start with im located in southeast missouri so what part of ky are you in
