Hey guys, my roadrunner doesn't have lap belts and I want to get some for it. My concerns is that my interior is burnt orange, from factory were the lap belts the same color as the interior or were they black? Also do all bucket seats have a mounting place for the seat belts?

Seatbelts mount to the floor, not the seats. Not sure about color, but my brown interior car had black seatbelts.

I "think" most cars had black belts. My purple/white interior car does. I do believe that the '70 belts are a 1-year part. In '69 the belts completely tighten by pulling the strap tight (like an airplane). In '71 the belt is completely on a roll. In '70 it's 1/2 & 1/2 with half the belt (near the door) on a roll, but you still have the other half you have to tighten like an airplane belt.

Thanks for the help, to install do you have to cut threw the carpet?

I don't have a Plymouth chart, but these colours were available for the Charger in 1970 so they were likely available in B body Plymouths. Dusters had colour choices as well so....

Sweet, thanks for the help. I'm going to start looking for some soon and want to make sure I get it right the first time.

Go to: www.julianos.com. Great service. Lots of colors. Fair prices. Located in Connecticut: 800-300-1932.
I have a set of 3-way belts from them. Great stuff.
