70 steering wheel ?

Is a 70 wheel ?

How does the center cap attach to the wheel ? am I missing anything.

The area in the red box has been bent , I assune this needs to be flattened.

The lugs circled I assume slot into the holes circled ?

Any help appreciated.

The horn pad, with a twist, is removed from the mounting bracket. You'll be able to screw it on to the wheel then remount the pad. I'm hoping you have the screws!

I do not have the screws, are they a special type or will i be able to adapt with a general one.
Tomorrow I will fit the wheel, secure it with the large nut, separate the hornpad and bracket , mount the bracket to the wheel with 3 screws , then twist the horn pad back on.

Have just fitted the steering wheel, found 3 screws to do the job, really pleased with the original look. Thanks for the help Lionized.
Off for a test drive now.
