70 upper door wood

I'd like to bring this car back to life with all of the wood trim. Dash, Wheel, upper door.

I've found the upper door glue on restoration pieces, but what do they attach to?

It looks like the original was a raised piece that attached to the door.

I'm I correct? and where can I find these parts

apparently I was mistaken? The upper wood door trim only came on the coronet R/T and 500

And the gtx had it as well.
