FOUND 70GTX tail panel extension molding fasteners

[B-Body 70]

Hi, does anybody know or seen these factory trim fasteners on the taillight extensions? I’m going to make them if can’t find them. The spring clips or plastic ones don’t secure the trim tight enough. The factory ones bolt inside the trunk. 1970 GTX.
