70rr black armrest bases?

my 70rr armrest bases look to be molded black plastic and not painted.did some come this way.these do not look painted

Those are cast in black and are correct for the plain taxi cab style interior package mine has them also

Just a note, 80's vans had molded in color arm rest bases that are the same as 66-70 B body parts.

I've been seeing a lot of them at swap meets lately.
