71-72 Door Hinge Removal Help

I'm in the process of replacing my door and along the way I would like to replace the door pins as they are in bad need of it. I was able to remove the lower hinge and just about have half the top hinge off, but I've got one little piece (as seen in the picture) that's holding me up. Anyone know what this little Pin/nut is and how to get it out? Looks like it has threads but I'm not seeing any sort of bolt head or anything to remove it by?....anyone done this or got an idea what to do?

That is a bolt that you have to access underneath/behind the dashboard to loosen it and remove it. It should be the same size as the other two you've already removed. It's a bear to get to and get the right socket on it, unless you have the dash removed. I can't remember for sure but the bolt head might be covered by insulation, maybe that's why you can't feel it or see it???

Ohhh Ok.... I don't know why I didn't pick up on that before lol. You'd think they'd just do it the same as the others. Thanks Rocky!

I have driven the pins out with a long punch and vice grips. I left the hinge alone I balanced the door about 3/4 open on some wood blocks and a folding chair and was able to reach the pins and bushings... I put tape on the fender and the door so I didn't scratch an at thing .

I did loosen the bolts slightly to align the door it will take a few true to get it hung right.

Well I got the bolt out finally...and boy was it a pain to get to. Took like an hour to fine the right combination of tools (sockets/extensions/swivel wrenches) to access it. Sadly though, the top hinge is a little to far gone to rebuild....so Just ordered some new ones from classic industries. Looking forward to closing the door again without lifting up on it.
