71 Charger R/T value ??

Hi guys found a 71 charger R/T u code, not matching numbers motor but a 440, needs a complete restore, but is a very solid car.doesn't run but looks like it would with a little work, interior needs a restore to not to bad though maybe just seat covers. What would be the value on this kind of car, and value on it fixed up or restored. Just trying to weigh my options. thanks for any input.

I was thinking driver restored, all on body restore, paint, int. etc. nice driver quality. not off body. thanks

I watch 71-72 Chargers and really would need some pictures to give an accurate estimate. R/T running drivers are still bringing 15k and up and complete projects 5-15k. Needing interior, some rust work, paint, and full mechanical it sounds like a $7500 car.
