One of our customers has decided to sell his 1971, here is the copy from the Craigslist ad:
1971 Plymouth Roadrunner, complete running / driving car. 383/Automatic. Cowl has substantial rust and have decided to buy a better car, my loss can be your gain if you are able to repair the cowl rust. Car includes a complete rust free cowl/firewall/floor section cut from a rust free parts car. Floors are in good condition, some scaling but no serious rust. Drivers quarter and drivers fender have minor rust at very bottom. Front windshield and cowl is very rusty. Some rust at lower rear corners of the back window as well.
The wheels and tires are not included with the sale (they where a birthday present from my wife!). The Roadrunner will be on a set of rollers that hold air. No Fender tag and have not found a buildsheet. It is a real RM23N car though.
Have a quote to repair the cowl/firewall and windshield posts using the rust free part (included) for $3,750.
I will sell the 71 Roadrunner for $5,000 or best offer. Car is at US Car Tool in Graham NC and they are the shop that has supplied the quote for the rust repair of the cowl.
