71 RR filler neck angle

Morning! I am looking to replace the fuel cell and put the tank back on my 71 Roadrunner. I have the new tank but there is no neck. Can someone please let me know what angle I need? It fills under the license plate.

Also if there is anything special I should know about hooking the gauge up, I'd appreciate your insight.

Will be watching this, I have the same problem with my '69. Haven't seen an available filler neck. Will be looking at a tank from Tanks, Monticello, IA.
