71 RR spark plug wires

I just bought a set of wire that are supposed to fit 71 383 factory location. 6 of the spark plug ends are 90deg. and 2 are almost straight. The wires on car are 8 90deg. spark plug ends. What cylinders do the straight ends go to? Pictures of engine with factory wire routing would be great if you have them.

Are the wires a reproduction set or just aftermarket deals?

The wires are from Rockauto and they say that they are factory replacements.

Hmmm here are reference pics on a 69....my 68 is the same. The one wire with the straight boot goes on the back passenger side plug from what I can see. I thought maybe the straight ones went where the heat sheilds were on the manifolds, but in these pics even they are 90 degree. I know different year but its all I could come up with right at the moment.

I went with fire core wires. They grip tight and are all 45 degree angled boots that seem to work well. They are also numbered which helps

That one on the rear of passenger side is almost straight but it gets bent for heat sheild. My 68 Runner has the same wire on that plug bank. I am unsure where the other goes.

Agree. Also, if you have the originals, send them to Fire Core to have them made

My 71 RR is Tor-Red also. I bought this car new(9-71). I believe the wires are original(not sure) and have all 90deg. boots at the plugs. I'm trying to determine which are correct. All 90 plug ends or 6 90 and 2 straight. I tried researching and so far have not found which is correct. I wonder how shows like Graveyard Carz find the answer. Is there a manual that actually shows the routing and wires? I bought the set and the vendor said OEM duplicates,7mm and lengths.
