The two end carbs are stuck. The center shaft is broken as shown in pictures. I have never seen all the shafts siezed like that.

I'm going to try to come up with some $ but to be honest, I'm a disabled Veteran and only get paid once a month. I'm waiting on some back pay. I'm not asking to hold them by no means but if you still have them, I'll buy themy.
