Ex ISCA show poodle...Most if not all the velour, etched glass and chrome is long gone..No more mirrors under the hood ect....Its too nice to do a complete resto as the interior is mint...So She just got a fresh coat of B5 and I will tackle the underhood once the weather breaks...One of 219 built....Dana with the rear sway bar is something I have not seen many of...

Outstanding! I won't clutter your thread with pictures of my trainwreck, but I just picked up a '72 Roadrunner in September that the previous owner tried to clone to a GTX. There's another member on the board here with an outstanding '72 GTX, dgraver.

I can't wait to see more pictures of your car. I'm going to remove the GTX emblems from mine, but you'rs looks like an amazing specimen for me to emulate.

it runs hard too!!!

This is my 3rd B5 72 RR...My first GTX...I am amazed at the power it has..Bone stock with headers you can roll at about 5mph then stomp it to the floor and all hell breaks loose...It fries the tires until you hit 2nd gear and the fun starts all over again...Lots of squeeling rubber and it sounds real nice thru the TTI headers and full h pipe stainless exhaust...

What rear end do you have in yours? I've got probably a pretty close set up with 1 7/8 headers, Eddie performer intake, 750 carb and so on all attached to a 440HP motor. Downside is previous owner put an airplane geared open diff in. it's nice to hear what should be happening when I change the diff out.
