72 Satellite Sebring Plus Wiper Arm Removal

Good Afternoon,

I just purchased a 72 SSP and the metal clip on the drivers side wiper arm near the base has broken off. Looks like some sort of locking clip perhaps? Trying to figure out how to remove both wiper arms. My 66 Charger is easy...this one, the shop manual is no help! Thanks in advance...

I think that clip rotates away, and you pull it off the splines, straight off.

I believe I had to wedge in a thin but strong screwdriver for leverage to get the clip to move.
