I've owned my '72 Sebring Plus for some 28 years now and long ago pulled the Broadcast sheet and framed it over 20 plus years ago.

That being said - I stared at it from time to time but never really tried to decipher it.

I looked at the My Mopar site but the codes etc only go to '71.

For example, trying to figure out the axle was at this point.
It says 51 near the top of the sheet and 030 a few lines lower.

Please excuse my ignorance. These things were never important
to me during my earlier years with the car...

Any help would be appreciated.

If the 51 is on line 2, that is the sales code for D51 indicating 2.71 gears in an 8.25 rear end or 2.72 gears in an 8.75 rear end. That's a specific code for a specific option.

The rear end was installed as a complete unit. The 030 is the factory number for the entire B body rear end assembly. I don't have a source for that assembly number to tell you exactly which one it is but my guess is it indicates an 8.25 rear end.
