any info appreciated

Not sure what info you are looking for, but it would appear that the '3' and the 'G' are out of position, they should be the other way around, the last 6 should match the vin of the car it came out of.

Not unheard of factory stamping mistakes, there was a VIN on another board had a number / letter completely wrong.

What do you think the last six are?

I'm thinking it's 319058.

The 3 shouldn't be part of the last 6, should start with the 1, so I was thinking it was 190058, but it also could be 197058, as it looks like there may be a bit of a 7 in that one number that looks like a 0 with something else on top of it. A 197 would make sense, as my 340 and vin last 6 start with 197, but it depends on how many were built and where they started.

The 73 MY ran 'long' compared to prior years but upon further review.....

319 is too high for STL built car. The VINs don't go that high for that plant that year.
