73 Charger Column Shifter Linkage Wanted

I have a 73 charger SE that came with no motor or transmission. After new paint and interior, I put in a mildly built 360 and a new TCI sizzler transmission. The car was missing the transmission linkage for the column shifter. Any help in locating one would be much appreciated so I can get the car started and movable.

I also need the speedometer gear and housing that the speedometer cable screws into as the TCI did not come with one.

Your combined help is much appreciated as I'm sure someone out there has what I'm looking for.
