73 Charger Inspection Plate Color

Guys,

I was wondering if somebody could tell me the finish of the drivers side removable plate? I am not sure if it should be satin black or plated.

My resto 73 also very rusty but it seems like black painted.

Thanks fellas. After digging a bit deeper it looks like black is the answer. I would say given that the chassis and other brackets etc are satin black that it is more than likely the same.

Glossy black was original both sides of course.

Mine were Black but my car was TX9 so ...
