ok i have a 73 satellite ive looked and looked for wheels diffrent sizes styles i cannot find one wheel that will fit over the front hub without tapping the center bigger i have 14s on it go any bigger i hit the A-arm or brakes any help would be nice any way to change the front hubs?

i dont wanna sound crazy but would steel washers work as a wheel spacer idk im to worry to try it

You don't want to be using washers as spacers since they don't distribute the load evenly and you would end up snapping off studs and enjoying the thrilling sensation of losing a front wheel while driving in quick order, and that's no fun.

You can buy spacers from Summit and other racing/wheel houses, but keep in mind the further you move away from the hub, the more stress you're putting on it, the bearings, the studs, etc., which means you're going to damage them over time.

You might want to look at wheels with a different offset than you're using now.
