73 roadrunner seatbelt help

I bought a set of original seatbelts for my 73 roadrunner. I am trying to reinstall the interior and I am almost finished. I'm having trouble figuring out the three point belt for the driver and passengers side. Does anyone have a pic that could help. My headliner and carpet are already in.

I can't figure out where the retractor with no cover goes. It has two prongs that should hook into the sheet metal along with a bolt. The covered buckle section is a no brainer, the upper mount is also a no brainer.

I can't seem to find any pics of the retractor section. Help please! Troy

Here is a pic out of 74 RR Parts manual, there are no retractors in my car that do not have a covers them.only seat belts that don't are under seat and they are not retractable, sounds like you have a cover missing, anyway check out these pics out of chrysler parts manual, do you have the interlock seat belt system?
