73 RR Fender Tag

Anyone know of some one who could reproduce my originlal fender tag, mine is almost unreadable and has a few small rust holes.

Galen Govier, but you will need alot of documentation, and a lot of $$$. He, for some odd reason, thinks his time is worth its weight in gold.
