I'm looking for a good used OEM left hand side (drivers) torsion bar for a 73 B-body. The #'s on the front end of the bar are UXB 661L and on the rear 661L 033. Let me know what you have

The "033" is just the date code. Third week of 1973. I'm not sure what UXB actually means, my 778-9 bars have that marking too, but it's irrelevant. The only marking that matters is the 661L. 661 is the last three digits of the part number and L helps the installer determine which side of the car it goes on.

Thank you for the explanation, breakdown of the #’s. Would 661 be the last of the actual part# or is it just a casting or forge #? Thanks

Yes, 661 is the last 3 digits of the actual part number in the catalog rather than a similar yet different casting number.
