74 charger engine swap

I have a 74 charger roller body. I want to put a gen 3 hemi in it. I have found 2 doner cars one is a 2013 with a 5.7 and 5 speed shiftable the other is a 2020 with a 6.4 and 8 speed. What are my options and challenges go into be? Going to do this project with my son.
