I have this gear box, which is the IN and which is the OUT? Also if the gearbox is leaking out the front where it connects to the steering, is it shot? or can it be that its connected wrong?

The hose with the clamp is out (low pressure)
Typically they leak around the seal on the bottom above the pitman arm. Technically they can be repaired while in the car but I am not sure how successful that is. Normally you remove the box and have it rebuilt by some place like Firm Feel or replace it with another reman/new box or something like a Borgeson box (see the ad on the right side at the top).
I have 2 Firm Feel stage 3 boxes and 1 Borgeson box, I really like the firm feel boxes because they are factory but rebuilt, however the Borgeson box is slightly smaller and works well with headers but can have issues (Google that up or search this forum).
