I have my 1974 Charger SE. It was originally my grandparents car(bought it in 1975, when it was a year old), and now it is mine! My plans for the car are putting a completely rebuilt 318 in there. The car will be a daily driver as well.
After doing all body and paint on my '67 Dart, I've decided that I'm going to let a pro do the body/paint/metal work on my Charger. I have to decide what color I want to go with though. As of now I'm thinking of going with a sublime or some other sort of green that stands out. and some black accents.
Any ideas for paint on this thing??
Within the last 2 weeks we've stripped the remains of the vinyl top. All bumpers and trim removed. Motor and transmission removed. Some glass removed. Really getting excited about this project! Finally giving her the attention that she deserves!
Decided today that we're going to go ahead and take off the fenders as well to take care of the inner fenders and do this thing right the first time. Right now we're prepping her to send off for sandblasting. going to sandblast the top(some rust holes developed due to the vinyl top.nothing too bad though). also going to sandblast the engine bay(and some of the suspension parts). and finally going to blast the trunk. just alot of surface rust in there due to leaky weather stripping over the years.
I used FABO a ton for everything while building my dart. Hopefully FBBO will be just as helpful on this Charger build!

It wouldn't let me upload these recent images from the past 2 weeks working on her.. so I had to use a program to make a collage out of them.. It works though..
