Hi guys,I have some saggy doors/worn out bushing and the driver's side spring/door stop is long gone, anyone know how to rebuild these and where to find parts?
Thanks,Phil
Just FYI. There were no bushings originally. "kits" That have bushings are generally because they are just using mass produced, standard .338 sized pins. with a bushing to compensate for worn pivot pin holes. We have custom oversized pins made for us, in the USA. No import parts of any kind, ever. Unless the factory used a bushing originally on a door hinge part, we won't substitute a weaker bronze pin/bushing for a hardened steel pin. We do not sell any parts other than springs as most people don't have the proper tools or experience to do a factory type rebuild, not a pin/bushing job. Depending on the year/model hinge, we replace all pins, springs, door check pin/springs only reusing the main hinge body.
