75-79 console brackets

I am thinking of installing a console in my 76 Cordoba (I picked one up with a set of bucket seats). However, I need a set of brackets to install it.

Anyone know where I might pick up a set? Or dimensions of them if I can possibly fabricate a set.

One more question, do brackets from any other year or body style interchange with the b body brackets.

Google WildCat auto wreckers .I'm sure they will have what you are looking for.Any "B" from 75-79 should be ok.

A good portion of the mounting brackets are incorporated in the floor shifter pedestal, and all the brackets are welded to the floor hump. Assume your car has a column shift? If you are converting, your best bet is to find a doner car and cut the whole hump area out and weld it in to your car.
