A body master Cyl on a 66 B body?

I need a new master cylinder for my 66 Belvedere it has manual drums. I see listings for a dorman# M43207 that is readily available but it only lists A body's in the fitment chart.
It has a 1" bore. Anyone know if this will work?

is there an advantage to this style? mine has a round top.

A dual reservoir master cylinder is a safety improvement over a single pot.
So yes.

I spray them with clear or silver engine paint before installing.
Not big on the rust colour
