1. This is the important one. Where can I get the rear swaybar endlinks for a 71-72 B-Body rear swaybar? Are there any other models/years of Mopars that use a similar design? The distance between the bar end and the bushing end is 2.5" and the overall distance from the bar to the end of the stud is 5". It is a 1" bar. Where do you guys get the bushings for the frame brackets and the bar ends of the endlinks?

I have included picts of the parts in question.

2. What year/model B-Bbody is this rear swaybar for? I picked it up this weekend at the Nats and it was marked 71-74 B-Body but the bar for my car is straight and does not have the jog in it like this bar. I bought it for the frame brackets and I thought the endlinks but they are a 1/2" to long. It is about the same width as my bar and it had a 71-72 spring plate on it but as you can see in the pict is is not the same. Could it ba a later B-Body, IE 75-79?

Any help with either of these questions will be greatly appreciated!

Joe

Is there anyone that can help me? Someone must have had to replace the factory endlinks on a 71-72 RR rear swaybar.

Please Help! I am trying to get the car rolling again and I need to get the bar under with the rearend.

Looks similar to the same piece on a C body sway bar. Maybe there's a fix from that approach

Thanks 69Runner.

I have a bar from what I believe was a later B-Body(75-75) but the endlinks are 1/2" longer. I think I am going to try and cut the longer links down and drill out the spot welds on the brackets and bolt the assemblys together with new bushings.

I can't believe that no one has an answer as to where you can get these endlinks!

I bought a polyurethane bushing kit for my 71 runner - if its like the set i got for my corolla - the new endlinks came with the kit -

Both are 72 B. No rear sways on 71 B's. The straight one is for 8.75 and the one with a jog is for the Dana.

The pictured bar, with a “jog” and taller stand-offs is a later “iso-mount” B-body 9 ¼” dif bar. The 72’ Dana bar has the shorter stand-offs and a completely different drop down profile.

The bar links were meant to be serviced with a link kit such as this, coming in varied length stand offs.
