Okay I don't know anything about NASCAR. I've just never followed it. I have no feelings either way about the sport. A friend gave me an old die-cast car in a box. The box is a little beat up but the car looks new. It's Bobby Hamilton, number 4 Kodak Advantitix system. Before you tell me Google is my friend I did look him up. It had 3 pages of stuff that I'm sure means a lot to NASCAR people but not to me.

Can someone give me the short and sweet version.

Are you asking how much it's worth? The manufacturer's name, scale, etc.? A photo would be helpful.

Bobby Hamilton stuff is not very collectable unless you find a die-hard Hamilton fan who really needs that car.

Yeah I think that's what I mean. I'll just put it in the box of unopened stuff that I hope will be worth something to someone someday. I have a die cast car of Jeff Gordon in the same stack. At least I had heard of him.

Now if it was Ricky Bobby from Talladega Nights I would be very excited.

Ricky Bobby ?!?! Why he is nobody ! Post it on e/bay and someone out there will give you something for it.

I just went to eBay and typed in 'die cast bobby hamilton' and got a bunch of his cars, including the #4 Kodak. Give it a try.

yep a ton of them in the photos too. depend on what Kodak #4 Bobby Hamilton car, there are a bunch of different cars & colors even... he also drove for Richard Petty Enterprises/Motorsports, he's not a no-name guy, just not a front runner much... like you said your self SteveSS google it, look at the pricing
