Looking for a clutch spring for a 727

looks like my tranny was rebuilt as one of the springs is smaller than the others which seems to be incorrect.

preferrably someone close to me or in canada so shipping isnt crazy for springs

please PMB me if avail with price

How many springs are there? I've Always left a few out anyway for quicker engagement. I try and space them evenly around the piston. 3 then space 3 and space and so on, never had a problem burning the stock replacement frictions. Last tear down was probably 15 years ago when I put the engine in. about 12,000 street n strip miles. and 30-50 1/4 mile passes since. That time I added some Red alto clutches for the extra discs. There are 9 springs but one is to small so i need to buy one
they were placed 3 then 3 spaces then 3

im rebuilding everything just to be sure as i bought the car pretty rusty so its being completed restored

the motor was bored out 030 it had after market intake and carb but thats about it

i have the motor almost apart to be sent to machine shop

working on body and tranny right now. ordered some stuff for the tranny and just looking for a spring to replace the messed up one

If you can find one locally fine otherwise just stretch it out some to match. It's not that critical, I've built transmissions for a living and on the side. One spring won't affect anything. Just put it between two good ones.
