Hey guys does anybody have some front and rear pics of a single headlight conversion on a 65 coronet grill. I think I want that look on my 65 I have 2 grills and 6 headlight bezels. Thanks Pat

I would really like a pic of the backside of the grill.
 
The aluminum is thin, so use some metal as a backer if your gonna weld it.
 
They didn't weld them back in the day. They used rivets just like the grill that moparman400 is showing.

I haven't done a single headlight conversion........yet! I do have 2 complete grille sets, but I would need another center section to do a conversion. In addition, I would weld them together and make the additional section match the vertical center section.....that would not be correct, but would look more pleasing to the eye.
 
Im sure Mr Goldberg built his own. !!!!!!!! Yea right
