Decided to take a chance on one, ordered bolt on version. Sales person was super helpful and took the time to save me well over $100 on shipping. Four to five week lead time.

Any tips or tricks for prepping it are greatly appreciated.

The AAR hood I got for my '73 Dart didn't need but minimal prepping. Great quality stuff.

The lock is the issue. Steel edge is 1/2 of the fiberglass so the horseshoe clamp will not engage the lock cylinder female due to the depth. I fought thru mine and it works, but I don’t know that I like the outcome 100%. Just driving now so I can give some feedback after use. Get the correct trunk seal from Detroit Muscle. I debadged so I did not run the tailight/trunk/trunk edge chrome. It looked to pose an issue due to depth.

Thanks, exactly kind of info I was looking for.

Do you have a picture of the rear without the chrome? I'm definitely dialing mine back as well.
