AC pulleys

In order to bypass my factory AC compressor from my 1967 Charger 383 , I need to change the bottom 4 belt pulley setup . Do I have to remove the large balancer bolt and the 6 small bolts to get these pulleys off? I’ve read conflicting things about this issue. Thanks

After getting the 6 small bolts out ,what do you need to do to get the pulleys loose and off ?
