Accessory key position

Does the 66 Satellite have the accessory key position left of off, if at all? I see ACC on electrical prints. Or is my key ignition cylinder jammed? I look like a green horn.

Yes mine does.
If you have copies of the original key try pulling it out just a bit and wiggle.
Ignition may need a touch of lube as well.
It may not have been in that position for many years.

Yea it has an acc position.
Use powered graphite, no oil to lube locks. Oil attracts dirt, same with throttle linkage. Didn't mean to say to use graphite on throttle linkage.

Just be sure not to use too much graphite, it can compact inside and jam things up. Locksmith's use graphite, but very sparingly. They also use:

You take apart and clean your gun. Who takes apart an ignition lock. Very seldom disagree with you.

Having just recently bought this car, I wouldn't doubt if I have a copy of a copy.
