Wanted to break up my 66 net paint when I did it so I added a tail stripe. Since 66 nets didnt come striped and the first r/t was 67 I really was at liberty to do as I pleased. Just wondering if others think my stripe looks unfinished. Should I run 1/4 inch pinstripes on each side of the main stripe?.

I think they would inhance your black stripe ,you could pick up some black fine line and add them to see what they look like ,:headbang:

i love the color of your car,but it does creat a see of orange.i would add anything to break it up.bright colors always look better when broken up by graphix.

Your color combo is spot on. I'd experiment with 1/4, 3/8, & 1/2 inch wide pin stripes (spaced the same distance out as their thickness) to see which suits it best. It will definately give it a more finished look.

I voted to add the stripes to finish what you have, just to see how it looks. Having said that, I really don't like the stripe on your car, my thought is it really doesn't fit. Some type of stripe or grafix down the side of the car in my opinion would look much better. This is only my opinion which doesn't mean much, it is your car to do what you want. You have one beautiful car by the way. Another thought is to add some type of pinstriping to the pillar behind the back side window just to break up the orange. Beautiful car and do what is right for you, that's what makes them ours not what everyone else thinks. Good luck and let us know how you proceed.

Yeah, I would add them, it kinda looks naked without them, but it's a cool looking car Dare!!

Car looks great, and pinstripes will make it look even better.

Kerplunk, I like that choice...

Daredevil MAYBE, even a different accent color, to enhance the orange & black colors, might look good also, or possibly also a decal or air brushed logo, R/T or Scat Pack type customized, Bumble/Rumble Bee, Engine call-out, favorite team, what ever you like, of some kind, in the center of the larger black stripe... just an idea...

what are you gonna do for a hood...my vote is fiberglass flat black hemi stocker scoop!:headbang:
