So, I had been looking for some edelbrock heads #60929.. I googled cheap edelbrock heads.. Low and behold I get a link to advanced auto parts, I think the pair was $1509. and some change, the cheapest I had found. I all but ordered them, and then they added taxes... Maybe they are a Mi company and since I live in MI they tacked on $90.00. Well now the were $50.00 higher the the next closest price which I went with..Because $50.00 is $50.00.. Now when I open this page all over I get the 20% off "USE CODE P20 in box at check-out" Hope somebody can use this.. It should be for everything and not just heads. Kevin

When I checked they were $709.00 each then they added tax.. Which is why I went with jegs.. I think Summit would have given me summit buck, didn't think about that. The discount code didn't say anything about a max, I am sure it is in there though. Kevin

FYI, I bought my 77929's (Victors w/ valves - same basic price though) through an ebay seller out of SoCal...can't remember the name, new in box. Ebay has a 'bucks' thing where they give you some % back on your purchase, and they happened to be running a 2x promo. I ended up getting them for ~$1350 (no tax since I live in KS) w/ enough 'bucks' to buy a set of head studs for like $15. Just another idea...

I used an Advance promo similar to what you guys are talking about to buy my Vic manifold. I think it was a 20% off + $50 off next purchase of $100 or more, which I applied to a battery. W/ the markup they have on parts, the 20% typically is just enough to break even w/ Summit or Jegs once tax is added. You have to get it when they have an extra perk along w/ the 20%.
