Hello i need som advise, what caburator and ignitionsystem you have in your cars.

383, edelbrock estreet heads, kam compcam 21-221-4,intake 7186 edelbrock, automat , 3.23 rear end.

600 cfm vacume secondary holley or equal and msd distributor with 6al box

I'm running a Holley Sniper EFI. But my ignition is a Pertronix III module installed in a points distributor. Flamethrower III coil. Ballast bypassed.

I would go with a edelbrock 600 cfm prob the 1406 preformer.
I'm a pertronix user myself with ballast bypassed good ignition, i am useing the flame thrower coil also.
Your cam choice should work good with the 383 and 3.23 gears.

For your mild combo:
- a HEI dist [ coil in cap ]
- an Edel carb. If more street cruising, a 650 AVS2. If more performance oriented, a Edel 750 AFB
- Holleys [ & clones ] are best left in the box at the store.....
