Ahhh! Hood hinges! Alignment..

OMG Why is it so hard to get my hood back on straight? what is the trick? I have pictures at least partial of were they were but I can not for the life of me get this right, does anyone have a method or tip on how to get your hood lined up right?

I see the pivot point and know raising the front of the hinge drops the back of the hood but ere is the middles ground?

In my old pictures the front bolt on the hinge was all the way up meaning the front part of the hinge would be dropped down as far as it could go. I can't see the rear bolts very well.

Been pulling my hair out for 2 days now helpppppp!

PUT ON THE BOLTS LOOSE so they are just touching a little let down the hood and maneouver to correct spot. then raise the hood and tighten down. next time mark the hinges with a nagic marker prior to removal to get it close.
