Air cleaner base color??

A while back I saw a thread that you used aVHT roll bar and chassis black for your cleaner base
Was that a satin or gloss ?

Then you're quoting the wrong person, as I've never used VHT roll bar and chassis black for anything.

They left the factory Gloss ! I used Tremclad..

I used VHT, if it’s supposed to be gloss I’ll have to refinish it at some point…

They were gloss black new.

By todays standards , use cheap gloss black engine enamel and it WILL Dull down a bit
