Air grabber base

Is the pipe on the base late for pvc or a water drain
I’ve seen them hooked up as both
The pvc is either to the carb or inside the filter area isn’t it
And I’ve seen them hooked to the oil breather too

The rear tube goes to the breather as shown above. If there are drain tubes, they go down the sides of the engine.

As stated above, pcv goes to base of carb, it requires vacuum. Valve cover breather goes to airfilter.
