My buddy designed and built this from scratch, and I have known about this project for about three years, but by request of the owner/builder I wasn’t allowed to send any pictures around. Well, I now have approval from the big cheese to get it out there and with any luck the exposure will generate more hits on youtube and hopefully a sale. It’s amazing what a talented engineer/fabricator can do with a lot of spare time and a steady supply of scrap aluminum. If you want to see it in person, go to Fantasy Junction in Emeryville.

Damn that was cool

That Amphi-car is feaken bad ***, the guy is one hell of an engineer & a hell of a fabricator too boot, looks kind of hard to see over the front plow piece, low seating position, but what a freaken cool toy.... I wonder how much money & time was spent, two thumbs up from here... Thanks for sharing it with us, I thought it was nice to see the bay/estuary area again too....

That is amazing! Kind of speachless and I kinda want one, it's got a 340 in it, right?

I did just that, gave-er hell.. Project Sea Lion is cool, That would be fun to ride in but, wouldn't be that bad just for street use. Real cool Meep! Your buddy is quite an engineer to make something as complicated as that!

BUDNICKS... It was my internet server, I somehow knew it.. Hughes net is the worse one ive ever had, its caused me more problems then you can count. But, im not letting that stop things, may slow me down some but, im not intimidated easily, especially with a computer! :)

It should have a 340! But it doesn't. Mazda rotary because of power to weight ratio. The 340 would sink it!

WOW.....Thats all I can think of to describe that car. How would you like to show up at a fishing tourney in that thing. Does it have a live well?

Take the bikes out of the storage bin and put a liner & pump in and you're set!

I give the guy an A for effort, but there's probably a reason that it didn't get up to speed. Also, that movable drawbridge in the front of the thing reminds me of this............

Right now, no, but with more HP it may happen. The 13B in it now is pretty tired and was put in for testing purposes. He'll help the new owner sort it out!
