I have never cared for Fords, but liked that the newer mustangs actually looked close to how they did in the late 60's, I am sorry but that 2015 mustang looks more like a Lexus to me. They are trying to target a different audience it seems to me.

That's interesting, where did you read about the definitive weight loss? I've read that it might increase or even stay the same but never anything definitive.

I know I'm not in the majority on this, but I love the ecoboost option. I bet there is some serious HP available on the cheap with just some tuning and simple mods. Couple that with some weight savings and I bet it'd be a really fun ride.

I'm hearing the death knell of the Mustang in some of these comments. I'm sure there are lots of guys who will look at the 2015 design will say "I like it" or even "I like it better than...", but how many of those guys like it enough to plunk down $30k or so on one?

As Ford learned in 2001, Mustang sales are driven by style and design more than anything else, and it seems like they've forgotten that.

I've noticed that too. Kinda funny, they're copying Aston styling more these days than they did when Ford still owned Aston-Martin. Maybe sellers remorse?

The new stang looks like they're headed in the direction they went in 1994(?) when the fox body gave way to the sn95 style. More rounded, less chiseled, and a huge mistake. Not the ugliest thing Fords ever put out, but not a design coup like in 05.

Yes, but it's a 305 hp. 4 cylinder. I wonder if it helps handling.
